Beyond Execution

Well, it looks like it's taken two years, but Beyond Execution finally has a website!  The title of this post is appropriately called "procrastination".  This is something I've always been good at 

The thing is, that it's human nature to procrastinate, and project managers are no different.  We leave the small little things to last, because they're:

               - not a priority

               - not interesting or fun

               - just don't want to do it right now

And yet we all know what happens - it gets bigger and bites us in the rear later.  We need to take a look at the things we're putting off and make an assessment if it could get worse later.  If it does, deal with it.  If not, let it sit.

At least this milestone has now been met.  This is the start of more to come...
